To All My Lovely Students: Tutoring Information


You are smart. You are enough. You are the light that brightens my day… Remember that there is no way to ‘test’ all of the amazing and awesome things that make you, YOU!
Keep working hard on your dreams. May Allah give you success in all your future righteous endeavours ameen. I am available for tutoring all summer long for High School and Elementary Subjects to help you along the way.

2.     United Africa, Essay (1000-2000 words double spaced)

      I.         Re-watch an extract from the film entitled ‘The Dream Team’ and reflect on the relationship between central characters and key themes in the film (e.g. relationships with friends and parents; human qualities such as loyalty and independence; the power and significance of football; dreams and ambitions).
    II.         Africa United include the experience of refugees and HIV both of which would be suitable to explore in more detail having seen the whole film. This is particularly relevant to the character of Dudu who we later discover has known from the start that he has HIV. Highlight the children’s resilience and spirit despite HIV and AIDS.
